Overview
Join us for an intimate talk with Dr Lorraine Kemp, a British Menopause Society accredited Advanced Menopause Specialist. This will be a supportive and informative evening dedicated to menopause awareness, discussing the challenges of perimenopause diagnosis, myth busting, a session on testosterone and libido as well as a Q&A.
This intimate event offers a rare opportunity to sit with a doctor in a relaxed setting, ask the questions that matter to you, and gain clarity around your symptoms, treatment options, and overall wellbeing.
As the sole speaker, Dr Kemp will guide you through the key stages of menopause, evidence-based approaches to symptom management, and the latest in women's health care. Private GP
Friendly, experienced GP appointments: in person in Rochester or Canterbury, or video appointments from the comfort of your own home.
We treat a range of chronic & acute medical problems with plenty of time. We will start by asking you to complete a registration form with your current diagnoses, medications & allergies. For compliance with CQC we will also require your ID & current NHS GP details.
During the consultation, you will be asked a range of questions to determine the nature & timeline of your symptoms. We will be looking at any exacerbating & relieving factors, & to understand what you have already tried. We will assess for any other related symptoms & review your social & family history to help guide the diagnosis. We aim to reach a diagnosis & offer appropriate treatment. If there is any diagnostic uncertainty a list of differential diagnoses & a plan for investigating will be provided.
The fee includes: referral letters, issuing of private prescriptions & a summary for you & your GP.
